Sukkur IBA Journal of Management and Business - SIJMB provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. To enable unrestricted usage, SIJMB is following CC-BY-NC license. The SIJMB holds the rights of all published papers. Authors are required to transfer copyrights to the journal to make sure that the paper is solely published in SIJMB, however, authors and readers can freely read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of its articles and to use them for any other lawful purpose.
